Everyone in this world is unique and thus differs from others in various ways. According to a psychologist Erik Erikson the reason for this is due to the psychosocial development of human being which is often termed as Erikson’s Theory of Psychosocial development. In this theory, he has given eight stages of development which takes place during the lifetime of a human being and thus that shapes the nature, personality or characteristics of a person.
